All Aces Services recently received a phone call from Frank, who lives in Carina, South Brisbane. Due to stains from vomit and milk, Frank needed to have his carpet professionally cleaned. After reviewing the various choices that were available to him, Frank chose to go with our Standard Carpet Clean. For those who are looking for that freshening clean of the whole house, All Aces’ Standard Carpet Cleaning System is a perfect choice.
We decided to send Phil, one of the All Aces qualified technicians, to the job site at Frank’s home. Phil is not only a qualified technician with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration (IICRC), he is also qualified in Upholstery Cleaning, Advanced Stain Removal, and Tile Cleaning. When he arrived at the job site, Phil completed a full pre-inspection of the customer’s carpet. He then identified the type of fibre in the carpet, and did a spot and stain survey. He then gave the customer his professional advice on what would work best for his floors. Phil shared with Frank exactly which All Aces Carpet Cleaning System would best fit in his budget, and clean his home.
After Frank made the decision to go with the Standard Carpet Cleaning System, Phil proceeded to clean to lounge, hall, and two bedrooms. This added up to forty one square meters in total. Phil pre vacuumed the rooms with an industrial style vacuum cleaner which featured hospital grade filtration. This vacuum does dry vacuuming which will remove up to seventy percent of all dry soil.
After the dry vacuuming process, Phil carefully moved all of the furniture in the rooms which he was going to clean. He then proceeded to pre-condition and spot the carpet. This process is one in which our detergent is applied hot, and immediately goes to work. This detergent was chosen by Phil because of the specific fibre on the job.
Phil then used his powerful truck mount steam extraction. This is a powerful piece of equipment which delivers higher heat and more vacuum power, leading to cleaner and dryer carpets. An acid rinse was then applied to the carpets in order to deodorise and neutralise them, and to prevent chemical residue build-up.
The furniture was carefully put back in place with foam blocks and protective tabs which prevent transfer of moisture. This protects both the furniture and the carpets. A final grooming of the carpets was performed by Phil, to reset the carpet pile. This will not only make the carpets look better, but help them to dry faster as well. Frank was very pleased with the successful job which Phil performed.
Here is something that you should keep in mind. If taken care of immediately, almost every spot can be removed. The longer you leave a spill on your carpets, the harder it will be to take off. There are some spills, such as red wine, which will require a professional to remove them. If you try to remove them yourself, you could make the stain worse and do permanent damage by setting the stain. In fabric spotting, it is always best to blot on the area which is damaged. Never rub it, since this causes damage to the fibre. For best results, use All Aces stain removal cleaner, and keep it on hand in case of spills.
