So you’re doing the ring around trying to find a company that can do your carpet cleaning in Brisbane, on the Sunshine Coast or on the Gold Coast. You’ve probably rung a handful of companies and not surprisingly received a price in less than 10 seconds. But how can they establish what you need when they haven’t even asked any questions? Have they explained their qualifications? Do they have any qualifications? Will they offer you a guarantee? What if they leave your carpet looking nice and then a few days, weeks or months later it looks dirty again? Will they come back? Do they have the best equipment on offer?
