The Cheap Carpet Cleaner vs The Professional Carpet Cleaner

January 10, 2011

Being a professional carpet cleaner is like being an A-grade mechanic.  If your car has broken down or has a problem, you need to get a quote on how much it will cost to repair.  You cannot do this accurately over the phone because the mechanic will need to inspect your car to determine exactly what the problem is.  You will not likely want to take it to a cheap and unqualified mechanic.

When All Aces Services receives a call for a carpet cleaning quote, the phone is answered by a qualified IICRC professional (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) who knows how to solve your problems.  We ask about your problems :

  • stains
  • odours
  • allergies
  • problem areas
  • type of carpet
  • how long since it was last cleaned?
  • problems with the last service?
  • what is the customer trying to achieve?
  • which method would suit the customer?

We talk about our guarantee of workmanship:

On the day of your service, the qualified technician will thoroughly inspect your carpet to give you an accurate quote before proceeding with the service.

When you phone a cheap carpet cleaner you will get the price in less than 7 seconds!  (Try it and see for yourself!)  There will be:

  • NO guarantees
  • NO qualifications
  • Limited equipment levels
  • NO explanations of the services you will receive

They only have a price to sell you!  You don’t know what you are getting for your money.  As a logical thinker, I don’t understand this.  These unprofessional cleaners are usually found in the local papers and are advertising for under $20 per room.

Don’t just accept the price……ask about their guarantee and get them to show your their qualifications.  Look at their equipment and find out what you are getting for your money.

Your carpet is a valuable part of your home and you will want to look after it properly just like you do with your car.  Don’t settle for a cheap price and no guarantees.  Call All Aces Services on 1800 00 1010 who will look after you with qualified professionals.  We are not happy unless you are and we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our services!

Microfibre… so many different uses

April 12, 2010

Everywhere you look these days… everything is made of microfibre… That’s all good and well, but what exactly is it??

Microfibre refers to the tiniest man made fibre made today.  It is so small, it is 100 times finer than human hair!   The most common types of microfibre is made from polyester, nylon or a mixture of the two.  Microfibre can be used in many different ways… for upholstery, shirts, trousers and cleaning cloths! A microfibre cloth has far more fibres than an ordinary cleaning cloth, making it a more effective cleaning tool.

Why does microfibre clean better? Microfibre will give you a better clean hands down.  There are many tiny fibres that will attach themselves to dirt.  They will remain there until such time you wash the cloth and start again.

Many people these days try to avoid using chemicals within their home as some people may be sensitive or even allergic.  By using a large amount of chemical within the home it can be costly, but also be detrimental to the environment.  By using microfibre products, there is no need for large amounts of cleaning solutions, the fibres do all the work for you.

Microfibre can be used on a range of surfaces.  Glass, granite, wood or stainless steel.  They are most effective for dusting also as the fibres trap the dust without pushing it back into the air.

At All Aces Services we stock a vast aray of microfibre solutions for your home.  Microfibre mops, cloths and cleaning blocks.  We stock a different variety of cloths for different areas of the home…. Kitchen, Bathroom, Dusting, Polishing and even for the car. Try one today!

pink ribbon 261x300 Breast Cancer Charity gift from All Aces ServicesHi,

I’m the Newsgirl at All Aces Services.  I have been working for Garry and Carmel for about a year on a casual basis.  Each month I compile their email newsletter as well as helping out with various other jobs that need to be done.
From this month onwards, All Aces Services would like to support a different charity each month.  If you have a favourite charity that you would like All Aces Services to support, please drop me a line.
This month, as you may know, is Breast Cancer Month.  The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is the leading community-funded organisation in Australia raising money for research into the prevention, detection and treatment of breast cancer.  The NBCF recently achieved a new milestone having now funded $55 million across 230 research programs since 1994.  All Aces Services would like to donate $1 from every service during October to NBCF.  We are hoping to raise over $500 with your support.  Thank you to everyone who has had a service from us so far this month.  You are helping to donate to a very worthy cause.
As the Newsgirl, I’m always looking for new things and ideas to put into the newsletters for you to read and learn about.  If you have any ideas of things you would like to see in future editions of our newsletter, please don’t hesitate to let me know about them.
Finally, if you have not yet received an edition of our monthly email newsletter, send me your email address and I will subscribe you.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you,
-Newsgirl
