A very distressed customer from Carina in Brisbane called us after a home improvement accident in the home had occurred on his carpet.

The challenge : Cream coloured Acrylic Carpet vs Blue Paint

While painting an area within the home, paint had accidentally leaked across the carpet.  Approximately 30 spots of water based paint had dripped over the carpet.  We attended to the property within 1 hour of receiving the call.  The paint spots had hardened and dried into small balls in the fibre.

By rinsing the affected area, this began to moisten the paint in the carpet fibers.
